The Subcontinent reflects a 5,000-year history of various cultures and traditions, culminating in a unique taste you won't find elsewhere in the area.
We wanted to bring something different to the table. Rather than the more common tikkas and kormas found in most restaurants, we blend regional dishes with our own modern ideas, creating a taste experience like nothing else.
Our team has over 20 years' cooking experience, and each member brings their own take on local dishes.

Yadav is our Tandoori and Chaat specialist chef from Uttar Pradesh. He has worked in various hotels and restaurants in Dubai and Mumbai, India.
Ajay
Ajay is our head chef.
He has worked in various prestigious 5-star hotels and restaurants in both India and Dubai. Ajay is from Garhwal, India.
Sagun
Sagun is our restaurant manager, from Goa. He has worked in big branded hotels and is highly experienced in fine dining. Sagun has worked with renowned Indian chef Dev Biswal and opened his restaurant in Canterbury.
Heena
Heena is our restaurant host from Punjab. She has worked in renowned hotels in India.



Tatiana
Tatiyana is our restaurant team member and host from Ukraine. Tatiyana has worked in various 4-star hotels in the UK.
Satish
Satish is our kitchen porter from India Punjab.
Kaushik
Restaurant Director from Bengal, India. Kaushik has worked with two Micheline Star chef Michael Cains for several years as Restaurant Manager and ran his restaurants for over 5 years. Kaushik has extensive experience in 4-star and 5-star hotels as a senior-level manager and is a wine and cocktail specialist.
